WEDNESDAY
Bell Work:
Explain an example where you have observed random molecule motion.
Lesson:
Today our lesson was on Diffusion of particles. Diffusion is when particles move from a high concentration to a low concentration without the use of energy. Particles will do this until an equilibrium has been met. An example of this is dropping a sugar cube into a glass of water. Initially the sugar cube is still together where it is at a high sugar concentration. However the individual particles of sugar begin to break away from the cube towards a low sugar concentration. This occurs until the sugar has equally mixed in the water.
Packet paper #13 was filled out during our lesson. (attached below)
WE ALSO PUT ATOM'S PACKETS TOGETHER!
ATOM'S UNIT TEST AND PACKETS ARE DUE TOMORROW!
